I lost MORE weight than I was before! I upped my cals by 200 to just under maintenance according to Scooby and Fat2Fitradio. Since Monday, I've lost 2.2lbs!
So, should I just keep eating this amount if I keep losing? I'm at 2500 now, and the last time the weight was just melting off I was eating 2500, but I was working out more (6x/wk, now just 3x/wk) and that was before I started heavy lifting. So what do y'all think? I'm tempted to stay at 2500, even though it's hard some days to find enough to eat lol:)

The way I look at this is your body responded in a positive way to the increase in calories. I would continue this for a few weeks and see what happens. If you start to gain, go back to your cut. If not, enjoy eating more!0

I didnt take a cut at all. I just ate at my calculated tdee which apparently was under estimated. If you keep losing, stick with it!0

I'm starting a diet break today. I hope I get your results...lol. Enjoy0

I also lost a half inch on my diet break.
I say if you are losing while eating that much then just keep on doing it!0
