The Cookie Monster Got Me

I was doing pretty well today on my new 900 calorie diet the doctor put me on until I just had to have a macadamia nut cookie from Subway. Now I wish I hadn't done that. I don't understand why I have such lack of control especially in the evening. I know what triggered it though. I wanted Theresa to go to the pool with me and since she had been an hour before and taken off her suit she didn't want to go and I got frustrated and had the cookie. I really wanted to get in the water and relax and do some swimming tonight.

I call myself the Cookie Monster! Because that is my biggest binge food. If you only had one, I wouldn't worry about it. I would be sooooooo happy if I could have one cookie and stop.0

Ever since I got back from my vacation last Tuesday I have wanted to eat a tube of raw cookie dough. I have major issues with chocolate chip cookies (in any form) and eating one almost always lead to a binge. So far I have managed to stave it off, but it's always there in the back of my mind. I know it's awful when you get off your plan, but at least you only ate one! If you stop there, it'll be okay!0
