    OMG!!! 5 inches off your waist! You give me hope that's exactly how much I want to lose off mine to feel comfortable anything after that is bonus.

    You've lost weight and body fat %... You are doing an amazing job!

    Hopefully this next month it will start to show more.

    Day 30/90 Plyometrics!!

    OMG i Hate this work out but i love it when im done and realise im still alive, lol. Ive come a long ways from collapsing after the warm up to now collapsing after its over :)

    Day 33/90 Legs, Back and abs.

    Oh i brought it today, i turned up the intensity on every move and dam did i sweat. Even my kids said im getting better at doing these workouts. My youngest tryed to do some of them but didnt last long even with there super kid energy, lol. Time to go sit in a lake and cool down.

    No matter where you are in your work out program do YOUR best and bring it every time.


    Kid energy lol I need some of that, and good job as usual!

    Wow! another reason why people should take before pics! You can really see the changes in your arms and also in your torso! There is a lot less of you! Keep bringing it!!

    Day 35/90 Stretching

    Oh how i love this day. Nice hour of burning calories just stretching. If only the other 6 days were this relaxing, lol.

    Day 42/90 Rest or Stretch Day.


    I am glad for today...I am really not liking this phase of the program so far. I am still getting my workouts done but i am finding it harder and harder to get motovated on the yoga/plyometrics and kenpo (but i do kinda like kenpo) days. Its like my own personal plateu..I liked the first four weeks cause it was more strength training and i guess the time seemed to go quicker, lol. But dam these 3 other workouts seem to go on foreverrrrrr :(.

    Eating B overall (F yesterday) oops :)
    Motivation ..Getting the most workout.. I love to see the firmer arms, loss of inches and legs of steel. but would really like to see progress on the scale. I bounce between 211 (213.4 was starting weight) to 221.

    Gonna enjoy today and come back more motivated for Monday
