    Week 3 Rest/Stretch day .But had to catch up on Yoga.Tough !!!

    Warrior Dash Ontario completed! I am now a warrior! So my yesterday was the dash and Friday was yoga and today is rest (walk a mall for 2.5 hours 'rest' lol) Back to the ST tomorrow. and back on track with food-I love going out for dinner every once in a while, but Dh and I took the weekend for ourselves and had a hotel for 2 nights, which meant 2 full days of not-home-cooked-food. Am so ready to get back to routines, even with the DOMS!

    @_Sasx_ Congratulations on completing the Warrior Dash!

    Since I did not get to do Legs/back and ab ripper x on Friday night, I did them today.. Now on to Week 4!

    Well done on Warrior dash. That sounds like a nice combo, someone else cooking while you get to exercise.:smile:
