Got mine in this morning, either that I probably wouldn't have time to get it done!! Level 2 Day 5 complete!! Day 15 total!! Half way!!

Level 2 Day 2........CHECK!! I was really sore in my arms and back but pushed through. I think as long as it's just soreness it's ok to keep pushing. Actually makes me feel better! Off for a hot shower!0

I've finished L2D5 as well - I think this is the furthest I've made it (attempted the 30DS a few times in the past), and I'm determined to see it through the full 30 days this time! Can't say that I've really lost any weight, but I think I've lost a cm or two off my waist, and my fitness has definitely improved. Having this group to keep me accountable has really helped!0

Level 2, Day 1 finished...I really felt it in my shins, but it felt good to change up the exercises from Level 1. 11 days done out of 30...looking forward to the final results0

I took a rest day yesterday (Sunday). But I'm back on track today. I've been doing 6 out of 7 days a week. Going for L2D7 today.0
