Thanks for starting this thread, i guess that is the whole point of the group. I did not get 5 as I was travelling... but i did eat raspberries. They must be in season, so good!0

I had:
1. Apple
2. Handful of baby plum tomatoes
(3. a sprinkling of cress in my egg sandwich.)
4. 1 glass of OJ

Yesterday I had a whole bunch of celery and carrot sticks, and steamed veggies with dinner. I think I got four or five serves overall.0 -

I've been eating 5 serves of veg fairly consistently. I try to make it the main part of at least one meal (so, veg with a 'side' of meat etc, rather than meat with a side of veg).0

and I had a vege curry earlier that had a few bits of veg in

plum, green salad: spring mix, spinach, red pepper, tomato, avocado, also added onion, red pepper and cherry tomatoes to quinoa (my first time making it). pretty good.0

All these veggies look so yummy! I got my 5 serves today - broccoli, sugar-snap peas, beans, corn, peas, plus carrots and tomato in my home made meatballs, strawberries for dessert.0
