Warrior Dash Ontario completed! I am now a warrior! So my yesterday was the dash and Friday was yoga and today is rest (walk a mall for 2.5 hours 'rest' lol) Back to the ST tomorrow. and back on track with food-I love going out for dinner every once in a while, but Dh and I took the weekend for ourselves and had a hotel for 2 nights, which meant 2 full days of not-home-cooked-food. Am so ready to get back to routines, even with the DOMS!0
