This group fits me perfectly. I'm 19, going on 20, trying to lose weight to be healthier and happier. I've gained a lot of weight since starting college and I'd love some support.

  • You've definitely got it :).... what's your plan?
  • This is what I have so far:

» Cut out all soda on a regular basis
» Eat less carbs and bad fats
» Eat more fruits and veggies
    » Stop emotional/binge eating
» Exercise the days I don't have work
    » Drink more water
  • Nice, I'm a total believer that cutting out soda really helps. I used to be do addicted to cola, is drink it twice a day and at least three glasses at restaurants. I'm generally a really thirsty person and realizing that a can is 140 (or something) calories of no nutritional value was scary. I feel a lot better since I've stopped and I think cold turkey was the only way to do it...now I can't even imagine drinking the stuff!

Water also helps put aside cravings.
