    Thanks for starting this thread, i guess that is the whole point of the group. I did not get 5 as I was travelling... but i did eat raspberries. They must be in season, so good!

    (3. a sprinkling of cress in my egg sandwich.)
    4. 1 glass of OJ

    I only really got three in... and I have no excuse!
    Someone must have managed 5??? Come forward and do us all proud!

    Today is a new day! Plum at breakfast, salad at lunch with spring mix, spinach, red pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and avacado, dinner includes sauteed zucchini and yellow squash. Hooya!

    Yesterday I had a whole bunch of celery and carrot sticks, and steamed veggies with dinner. I think I got four or five serves overall. :smile:

    I've been eating 5 serves of veg fairly consistently. I try to make it the main part of at least one meal (so, veg with a 'side' of meat etc, rather than meat with a side of veg).

    4 huge cauli florets
    handful of brocolli
    a whole pepper
    a cup of cabbage
    2 carrots
    half a turnip
    half a leek

    and I had a vege curry earlier that had a few bits of veg in


    I think that counts as 5 :-)

    plum, green salad: spring mix, spinach, red pepper, tomato, avocado, also added onion, red pepper and cherry tomatoes to quinoa (my first time making it). pretty good.

    All these veggies look so yummy! I got my 5 serves today - broccoli, sugar-snap peas, beans, corn, peas, plus carrots and tomato in my home made meatballs, strawberries for dessert. :)
