Congrats !!!! I can understand getting to a magical number. Now if you were to gain the 0.2 lb back...do not fret. We do flucuate at times. As long as you are making some downward progress you will be fine.

Congratulations! Breaking one of those 10-pound markers is a great accomplishment. you will probably go up a bit before you continue to go down again, but that initial breakthrough is a great event (and very exciting).

Well done! I broke the 140 mark on my birthday, then went out for a meal so I didn't weigh again until the next week in case it went back up!

It's a fantastic feeling so enjoy it!

I got into the 140s today too! Also by .2, but I'm counting it, since this is what I saw on the scale last week before a week of company being here and eating weird.

It also makes my BMI in the healthy range for the first time as an adult! Woohoo!

I'm hoping to get in the 140's in 1-2 weeks! I have a 5k on Sept. 9th and 140's sure would be a fun weight to be at!

    I'd got down to 139.8

Have since been hovering about the 140 but can't seem to move it on down. :ohwell:

My TOTM has just come almost 2 weeks late so I'm hoping that was affecting me and inthe next two weeks I'll start to see movement again.
