Adding in more exercise

When back from holiday I'm going to increase my exercise classes. At mo I do Mon - Thur and find I'm on a downer all weekend because no exercise - I love the endorphins I get and miss them when I'm not doing anything! It also helps to keep me on straight and narrow / motivated!
So I'm going to add in 1 x body combat, 1 x spin class (Fri & Sat) leaving Sun as rest day.
I know how many calories I burn as use to do these classes [wear HRM] - so should I incorporate the extra classes into TDEE calculation from now, or should I wait until I've officially made them part of my routine (i.e. done them for more than say 2 weeks?).

I would say wait until you actually start the classes. Right now (or when you go on vacation) you'll be eating at TDEE, right? That's still factoring you aren't doing those additional classes. Once you get back, I'd change the numbers and go from there. Just my .02! Not sure if it's correct, but since no one has answered you, thought I'd try to help:)0
