Simple breakfast ideas for Phase 1?

Hi Atkins peeps! What suggestions do you have for breakfast in Phase 1? I've been eating eggs every which way but I need something fresh! I work early in the morning and need something simple, any suggestions or ideas would be great!

you don't have to eat breakfast food for breakfast.
eggs are seriously the easiest. omelette maybe?
steak, grilled/steamed veggies, salad, cheese and pepperoni
(not really induction friendly) almond flour pancakes
flax muffin in a minute! or even flax pancakes.0 -
I like eggs bacon and cheddar cheese.0

If its not eggs I do a meat/cheese/scallion rolled up and a small salad with either peppers or cucumbers. Salad with chicken or shrimp, feta cheese, olives amd mushrooms. Sugar free smoked salmon with avocado, cream cheese, capers, lil spinach greens. Tuna salad with avocado instead of mayo on some greens.0

2 ounces cream cheese
lil bit of truvia and/or:
cinnamon/vanilla extract/tovani syrup
mix really well, some people ad protein powder too.
its like pancakes ;D
