    Are you using proper stance....as Jillian says are you sticking your butt out enough to be sure the knee doesn't go over the foot? That is what I noticed I was doing wrong and It has helped my knees a lot. I have had problems with my knees crunching behind the knee caps since being pregnant 3 years ago though so I'm really trying to make sure I don't make them worse!

    Day 1 of level 2! A lot different from level 1, that's for sure!

    Add some hamstring exercises and try to do the butt kickers fully (will also help work the hammies). Do you feel like your quads (front of thighs) are getting a lot stronger? This happened to me last year and my quads were getting very strong but my hammies were not as strong so it was pulling my knee caps. Work the hammies ASAP and take a rest if you need it. And like a previous poster said, definitely pay attention to form just in case. Hope that helps :)

    Day 10 of Level 1 complete! Checking my measurements and starting Level 2 tomorrow!
    A bit nervous!!! I watched it while I was doing my elliptical this morning and there are a few moves I am already sore thinking about it! lol

    Here is a site that helps with knee strengthening and stretching for your knees. It sounds like your iliotibial band so you would need to do glute stretches. Check it out. I hope it helps.
  • Thanks for inviting me to the group! It's getting easier for me every day, but I do have knee pain with some of the exercises and I hear my knees and shoulders "click" throughout the whole thing. Hoping that isn't anything bad!!
  • Just finished mine for the day... day 8, still on level 1 with 5 lb weights. Went well tonight, i think because my mind was distracted, but possibly because im in better shape? I noticed this weekend that i have actually gained weight (actual lbs) but my waist is slimmer and not muffin topping out as much.
