New! Going to try 80/20 approach first!

Hi all! I am new to the Paleo diet.. starting TODAY! I am looking forward to doing it and want to try doing 80/20 to start off. Anyone have a basic example of what a day using 80/20 would look like? Any tips would be appreciated!! :flowerforyou:

    I posted this on your other thread, but here iit is again in case you missed it.

    I'm probably 90-95% Primal.

    Before breakfast was a Nectarine and a plumb.

    Breakfast was a 3 mushroom, goat cheese omlet.

    Lunch was 1 cup of Romaine, 3 mushrooms, 6 cherry tomatoes, 60 grams of walnuts, 4 oz of grilled chicken breast, 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil, 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar.

    Afternoon snack was 2 wedges of Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss.

    Dinner was 8 oz. of grilled Tri Tip and 4 oz. of sautéed (in olive oil) green beans.
