Anyone do yoga?

I'd like to try some knee-friendly yoga to add to my routine. My husband works out every morning at work, but he's willing to do something relaxing with me before bed. Anyone have suggestions?

Do you have On Demand with cable or FIOs??0

No, I don't think I'd ever get off the couch if I had any kind of cable. Just have netflix, but am looking for dvds I can buy.0

I've done a few free yoga classes at a gym, and it does make you super flexible. I haven't heard of any Yoga specifically for knee problems. This is the kind of thing you ought to ask your physician about.0

Yes, I do a flow every morning, a variation of a sun salutation flow. A lot of knee issues can be exacerbated or even caused by tightness in the surrounding muscles, hip flexors, IT band, etc. I find yoga to be very helpful and it has been recommended by both my orthopedic surgeon and my physiotherapist.
You can do a quick google or check out youtube and find a guide, I found this neat animation:

Netflix has some streaming yoga / pilates DVDs-
Check out gaiam's strong knees DVD- I try to do that 2x a week !0
