    sorry, I don't practice hippy new age spiritualism - I practice sport / fitness yoga. As far as I have been taught and have experienced, 3ho is nothing more than a rich person's humanistic cult. And that yogi just spouts hippy stuff taken from the writings of top Faith leaders.


    Yoga is either for Spiritual and Faith formation or it isn't. As far as I understand it 3ho is about getting your freak on and to empower the practitioner into believing they can control themselves and others, and not about improving the world. Their idea of improving is to change ones self and then isolating themselves from the real world. I mean no disrespect to you, but that "yogi" is nothing more than a cult leader that welcomes money, not devout disciples of a tried and true spiritual Faith.
