    Morning!

    Ive had to rest for 2 days :-( got a niggle in my lower back so went for a sports massage and he said to rest until Wednesday so that means I haven't exercised since Saturday, Booo! Will have to go for it the rest of the week and just be extra good with the eating and water consumption!!
    Hope everybody else has a good day and enjoys the sunshine :-)

    taking the girls out for a pic nic will get lots of running around a sneak in my 7 mile walk. Have a great day
