I love the Paleo way of living/eating but I am rather new to it. Looking for new friends who believe in this lifestyle. I find eating this way with low carb intake (under 50) has me feeling my best! I am down about 14 pounds but have almost 50 left. Love some friends to share our journey with?

I'm also new to Primal. Feel free to add me and anyone else. Together we can help each other.

I was Primal for 3 months, slipped back into SAD when I stopped logging, then started again June 1st (except for a two week cruise to Europe). I’m no expert., but if I can be of help, please don’t hesitate to ask.

At the risk of being redundant because I’ve posted them before, here are some of the books/websites that may help.

    Loren Cordain “The Paleo Diet”
    Robb Wolf “The Paleo Solution”
    Mark Sisson “The Primal Blueprint”
Mark Sisson “The Primal Blueprint 21 day Total Body Transformation”
Gary Taubes “Good Calories, Bad Calories”

    HI there,
I eat at least 95% paleo, no dairy, no grains, no sugar etc.... am lactose intolerant and therefore only cheat with a tiny bit of low-lactose cheese once in a while (hahah today for example... that lovely mini-babybel....).
Feel free to add me (but send me a message with your request please regarding paleo) and have a look at my diary!
