This weeks challenge will be water. Drink your water, record your ounces here. The winner of the challenge will get to pick and post next weeks challenge.
I will do a better job of monitoring and prodding the winner to post :) The challenge will run from Monday-Saturday, the new challenge will be posted on Sunday, so make sure to get your numbers in on time on Saturday!

    I had to slow down on the water after I hurt my legs, it was too much to go the the bathroom every hour!

    ounces, idk, but i drink at least a gallon a day. it's really helping me lose weight and it also stops me from going for the soda.
