Is this a Good Plan for Losing Weight??

I have been trying t lose 8-10 lbs for about 9 months and keep bouncing back between the same 5lbs, on the high side of the ten pounds.

If anyone out there has lost their last ten pounds with this way of eating please share with me what you did and ate to do it.

Thanks,
Dara

You'll be shocked with this response: Drink a coffee with butter, no milk and sugar. You might want to eat more bacons, meats, veggies, and less of fruits and carbs such as grains, beans, sugars, etc. Of course, drink a lot of water.

I've lost ~15lbs in about 6 weeks. Prior to going Primal, I had been stuck at the same weight (+/- 5lbs) since the beginning of the year.

I was doing it for three months, lost 27 pounds, went off for 6 months, gained most of it back, went back on June 1st (except for a two week cruise to Europe) and have lost 7 pounds. I’m not on my last 10 pounds, closer to my last 70. It works for me. This is a lifestyle, not a diet. The idea is to be healthy and you do this for the rest of your life.

I had 20 to lose and busted my *kitten* for six months.. and lost 5 lbs.
Went primal, lost 10 in a month, then another 10. Thought I had stopped and list another 10 in a month. 90 days from 24% bodyfat to 9%.

You might call me a believer, but it is a lifestyle as people say.

    MikeFlyMike,

9% body fat is outstanding. Hopefully I'll get there some day, only 27 % to go.

I think what is important is this eating style works (if you want it to) for people that are "fit" and those that are not. It allowed me to blow past what I thought was a good weight for me, and my body naturally settled at its current weight. I'm still eating the same and working out the same and have reached homeostasis.
