too many carbs in your morning coffee? skip the cream and sugar and add 1/4 of an Atkins Day Break Creamy Chocolate Shake. YUM YUM!!!

Good tip! I recently started mixing in chocolate protein powder with cream then adding my coffee. (I've heard some people say you shouldn't have it with a heated beverage, but it's a recipe on the powder's website so I figure they must have something to back it up and either way it is better than sugar.) Good way to boost your protein if you're not a breakfast eater.0

I've been adding cream/coconut milk/regular milk and it adds 8 carbs!!! Almond milk is good too only 1 carb but not as much protein0

I love hwc in my coffee. I just figured out it has 1/2 a carb per tablespoon. Labels can be deceptive!0

Great idea! I've been racking my brain for ways to cut down on carbs in my coffee, but yet not use an artificial sweetener. Unless the Atkins shake uses an artificial sweetener?...hmmm...must research that one...0
