Even though I am eating plenty of veg in stir fry, salads & side dishes my fibre does not reach MFP recommendations.
Do peeps take fibre supplements, or should I not worry?
Just think fibre & water = 'flushed system' just don't want to create a blockage.........so embarrassing!!

It can be more difficult to eat adequate fibre when on Low Carb. Flax/Linseed is your answer! Sprinkle some in a smoothie, or into your stir fry or make a Flax Muffin (see the MIM thread).

That will boost your fibre and keep things *ahem* regular.

Psyllium Husks in your water or crystal light. Helps keeps things moving along :blushing:

Supplementing with Vitamin C can help move things along ... And more vitamin C is no bad thing generally ... Especially if you like a drink or two ;)

Dosage is dependant on the person, I find doubling the 'two tablets a day' guideline helps.
