Cycle 2 details and questions

I saw a cycle 1 topic thread and thought we need a cycle 2 thread. Would love to hear from people who have done this before and get tips for this cycle. What have you found the most beneficial and what trials have you faced on cycle 2?

today is my first day on cycle 2 of adding in new foods but i already can tell that I am still only going to be around 1200 calories. Do I need to be closer to 1500 on the days i add food? I just am not hungry. I had a 1.5 cups of turkey/bean chili for lunch with a plum and for breakfast i had a greek yogurt with strawberries and for dinner I will may get up to the 500 calories i need to reach 1200.. What should I do? I dont want to over eat just to reach more of a calorie intake. Please help...0

try to get to your 1200 calories. if you're not hungry, then don't eat, but don't make a habit of eating to few calories. In my opinion, some people aren't used to eating more often as is required on most healthy diets. I think with time your body will adjust and you will eventually be able to eat more. Have you ever calculated your BMR or TDEE to find out what your body burns in a day and how much is recommended for you to eat?0 -
No I have not calculated my BMR or TDEE to find out what my body burns in a day. Maybe I should look into that. I just dont want to mess up this diet because i dont eat enough or what not.. I am really committed to getting healthy and in shape, thank you for your help.0

what i've been doing for the past few months is: my tdee with no exercise less 500 calories. this is the number i try to net to. So, if i exercise, I try to eat a good portion of that number back, but I try to leave a little left over. But if I'm not hungry at all, at the end of the evening, i'll let it go light on calories.0
