Since I like to balance the negative with the positive: answer 2 questions.

1. What is your biggest obstacle to running?

2. What motivates you to run?

    1. Biggest obstacle getting past that first mile and the mental block "I cant do this. I have to walk"
    2. What motivates me is being ready for the next 5k in September and beating my last time. Plus if I lose weight - bonus!

    1. I find time is not "always on my side". I can only wake up at 5:30AM so many mornings in a row.

    2. There is such a sense of accomplishment with running. I really enjoy getting faster or longer with each run. Races are great too. I am also motivated by the maintenance and/or loss of weight.

    1. Right now it's the heat & humidity. It causes my heart rate to increase quite a bit so I can't run as fast as I'd like.
    2. The mood and energy boost running gives me.

I realized another obstacle while I was running yesterday. Not during every run, but more than I'd like, my stomach starts to hurt. Well maybe it's not my actual stomach. It kinda feels like a cramp in my stomach muscle maybe? Very hard to describe. I've googled it before but I must not be describing it right because it never comes up with anything. Any ideas?
