Hey guys, I thought we should start a thread like we had on the message boards to record our daily runs. This morning I ran 5.02 miles in 53:25, average pace 10:39 min/mi, average speed 5.64 mph. :)
For those of you that listen to a media device while exercising, do you have one or more songs that get you pumped or just boost your motivation when you start getting tired? What are they?
Do any of you still workout on your rest days? I'm thinking I might start going to the gym on my rest days and ride the bike or do some machines.

After having a not-so-good running week, I am so happy that I was able to tackle a tough workout this morning. I biked a tough, hilly course this morning for 1 1/2 hours. Then, finished with a slow jog for 10 minutes. I have a 5K in less than 2 weeks and a triathlon in one month. It's tough going.

Do you log things that you do on a daily basis as exercise? For instance, I am on my feet back and forth through a large kitchen 8 hours a day 5 days a week.
