Are there other exercises that you do that you enjoy? Is anybody weight training?

I play tennis a lot during the fall and spring. Year-round I use the rowing and elliptical machines at the gym and try to do circuit training at least twice a week (not my favorite but I know it is good for me!).0

i lift weights. lots of compound lifts....squats, deadlifts, pullups
i use the rowing machine and want to get out on the water and try that.
i bought a mountain bike this summer and have been doing that well.0 -
I'm a huge fan of the burpee. It's a simple body-weight exercise that requires no equipment, hardly any space, can be adjusted for any fitness level, and it works a really wide range of muscle groups. I think it's a great cross training exercise for a runner.
