I have been very satisfied by mine. It is expensive, but after your initial expense and the 3 free months, the monthly fee is very reasonable. $6, I think. My husband was so supportive, he bought me the small tracker thingy that links to the band itself. (My mind is going blank trying to remember what they call it.) It's nice to be able to see my stats throughout the day without having to link up to the computer. I've found it to be very accurate in step count, sleep tracking, and calories burned. I'm still wanting to get a heart rate monitor that will work with it as well, but this is a great place to start.

 I do love this device. Most of the fluffy reviews on the site are accurate. More information means more control and that is what you get with this device.
 Accurate calorie count for you, not your best friend or the guy next door, but YOU.
 Calories burned, calories consumed, steps, sleep, and activity level all in one place.
 I have worn this device for about 17 days now and I have a understanding of my habits and I can now make the appropriate changes to make this system work for me.
NO, system is perfect. You have to adjust the tools available to you to change your life.

I am sure if you just wanted all of the good information you would just read the website. Here is what I don't like about it:
:noway: Food Logging is ridiculous. Just use MFP and transfer the calories over to see the deficit, difference between calories in and calories out.
:grumble: There isn't a dedicated forum for members only. There is a Facebook group but it wasn't started by the company. I shouldn't have to go else where to get support.
 Lacking integration with other sites. For instance fitbit is linked to a number of apps and website (including MFP) in addition to its own. At the moment the only site is Facebook and there is a list of partners (http://www.bodymedia.com/Products/3rd-Party-Apps/Apps), only three.
:ohwell: If you are interested in handing over more money for a subscription then you can go the Jillian Route. That is if you need even more information. (http://www.jillianmichaels.com/360.aspx)
