Droopy shoulder day

I'm having a bad droopy shoulder day. It's only 9:20am and I've already had to push my bra strap back up what seems like 50 times.
Who else deals with the constant bra strap or tank top strap falling down? Anyone else always have to wear their purse acoss their body, messenger bag style, because your purse always slips off your shoulder and falls into your elbow?

I try to buy bras with adjustable straps so that I can make the "droopy" side shorter. I tend to only carry my purse or shoulder bag on my high side. It's annoying!0

Is that why my purse falls off? Hah I thought that was "normal".
With the bra straps, I honestly just have them so tight they dig in a little, and then the weight of my tatas keeps them in place (I am rather large chested). Probably not the right solution, but it works.
I avoid wearing tank tops during cardio workouts because I've noticed they tend to twist really bad, after 20 minutes my shirt is practically sideways!0 -
I have had to deal with this my whole life. I have lines on my shoulder at the end of the day because I tighten my bra strap so much. When I jog, I sometimes tuck my right tank top strap under my sports bra strap to keep it from slipping a hundred times. lol0

For you young ones still working this won't help. In retirement, I've found the solution to the bra strap and purse thing. I don't wear 'em. Yup, baggy old hippie without bra, change purse in jeans pockets, that's me. On the rare occasions I do have to carry a purse, it's a real pain, literally.0
