and I just want to say that even though I didn't follow the program by the letter, I really appreciate all of the support and encouragement I have gotten on here. Without it and all the tips/advice you all have given me, there's no way I'd be ready to run this race on Saturday. Now I feel like I can go out there and kill it! :)

    Judging by the Packer pic in your ticker, I'll guess it is the Packer 5K? I wanted to do that soo bad, but I have to work until 7 that night and I live about an hour north of GB. Have fun with it though!
