Medifast Dieters

I am trying to find others that are on the Medifast diet. I do not like the new community page with the Medifast site, so I thought I would attempt to start a community group here. I would love this to be a go to group that we can encourage, support, lift up and share reciped ideas with each other that are within the 5 & 1 meal plan.
