Week Two
2-4: Drink 3 8-oz glasses of water/day & eat 3 servings of vegetables or fruits/day This is also the week you should begin to work on your personal challenge if it is outside of this week's goals. For example, my challenge is to be able to run 3 miles. So today I will begin a Couch to 5K program.
