This is my first challenge; to workout EVERY single day for the next 12 months. Please join in!
Each workout can consist of at least 20 to 30 minutes (and can be broken in to 5 to 10 min increments). The workout can be slow and relaxed walking, or more pumped up biking /weightlifting, etc. The goal is to keep moving, free your mind, and enjoy the endorphins. Free to share your stories, and milestones. This can help motivate others.
Today I am 5 for 5 days, and am excited to stick to this challenge. I was a competitive runner that busted my knee and am now 275. After months of depression and I've decided to turn my life around and this challenge has given me hope for getting my life back. I hope you will find this inspiring and join! Egiggy
