What are your biggest struggles and tips for overcoming them? I've found that stress is a HUGE trigger for me, as well as if I'm making food for my kiddo. I've found that tracking my food and staying well hydrated are a huge help. If I'm forced to put everything in, I'm so much more thoughtful about what I snack on and why.
