Ok, so last weekend I did not do great in the food choices department, although I did stay under my calorie goal. Lost .4 and .25 inches last week, still going down. Thank you Plexus! Added going to the gym doing cardio and weights, in addition to tennis.

Thyroid 3 month check up results
Just had my 3 month check up since my last increase in my thyroid meds and so happy to get my results! Last check up cholesterol was 205 now just 171, thank you Plexus!!
