A little over a year ago, I went to the doctor-Endocrinologist and discovered that I had a thyroid issue, pre-diabetic, cholesterol was too high, and over weight. The doctor wanted to put me on medicine to reduce my cholesterol but I said no. I just started using the Fab-4(Plexus Pink, Bio-Cleanse, Accelerator, and Pro-Bio 5) Plexus Products and I wanted to do it myself. Well, I am so happy that I started using Plexus. At my one year anniversary doctor's appt, my cholesterol was down 48 points, weight was down 19 pounds, and I am no longer considered pre-diabetic!! I am still trying to get my thyroid under control, but I feel great! 2014 down 4 sizes, 20 lbs, and lot's of inches!! For my 2015 goals, I am working on the second half of my goals to get to a size 8, much more achievable now that I am a size 10.
