Meals Ready...Next Step
By now you should have the food that you need for the week. Now reduce the stress of what you are going to eat each day by putting it on your calendar. Note your meals and snacks for each day and this will avoid that you repeat meals. One of the reason we end up eating what we shouldn't is because we get tired of eating…
There is still time...
You still have one more day to accomplish your food shopping. Remember to get enough for the week. The plan is to have your 3 meals and 3 snacks ready. Plan ahead and put your energy where needed.

Get Ready
Go to the supermarket this weekend and buy your meals and snacks for the week. Keep it simple, salad, apple, tuna, yogurt, and your favorite vegetable.
