By now you should have the food that you need for the week. Now reduce the stress of what you are going to eat each day by putting it on your calendar. Note your meals and snacks for each day and this will avoid that you repeat meals. One of the reason we end up eating what we shouldn't is because we get tired of eating the same. By keeping track of what you eat each day you can go back and look at your calendar to see what meals to mix and match. Be Creative!!!
