I've been watching what I eat, but what are the best exercises? Since my weight gain both of my knees are in pain. So it's hard to do anything that I need to bend down for. Has anyone tried anything that helps?
Does anybody else have this problem? My blood work numbers have improved and are within normal ranges, so I can't really argue with the doctor about being on this medicine, but weight is a real struggle.
Perhaps this is a new group.
