Hello all, Where'd eveyone go? I just noticed no one has checked in for a week. Ok so her is my weigh in this week. SW 215, Last weigh in was 209 and this week is 210. so I gained 1 lb this week. So why dont we all copy the previous weigh and ending weight and try to keep up with weekly weight loss.

I am new here but my daughter has been using this and has lost weight. My question is, where do I find the calorie numbers for meals before I eat? Where are the serving size before I eat? Once I log in the food I have eaten I see the servings size but I want to know serving size and calorie count before I eat it.

So I lost no weight this week. I will be honest, while my workouts were fine my eating habits were awful, I wasn't having time to eat and when I finally got something to eat I was starving and didn't make the best choices. I even had fast food for the first time in months. How did everyone else do?
