Stretch Sunday
Sundays we rest and have a good stretch. We started off with 25 minutes of really good stretching. Very similar to doing yoga. Feeling really good today and it feels good to let the muscles rest and stretch out. Ready for working out daily starting again tomorrow morning. Have a restful day everyone!
STATurday!
Today is STATurday. The day of the week that my wife and I weighed ourselves and take all our measurements. We were happy to see results after all the hard work we put in this week! Today is supposed to be a rest day but we already played two games of squash this morning - great fun and feeling good.
Thank God It's Friday!
What a week it's been. It's my first week doing T25 and it was sure intense!! We have a different exercise program for each day that focuses on different muscle groups. I've been doing the modified versions of the work out because I just can't keep up to Shaun T. Soon I will, but right now I'm pushing as hard as I can.…
