What a week it's been. It's my first week doing T25 and it was sure intense!! We have a different exercise program for each day that focuses on different muscle groups. I've been doing the modified versions of the work out because I just can't keep up to Shaun T. Soon I will, but right now I'm pushing as hard as I can. Thursday was the AB workout and it was a killer!! Fridays workout focuses on Lower Body and Cardio. That sounds much better. :smile: Looking forward to a restful weekend. It sure was a hard first week, but I got through it.
