3rd shift problems - tell me about yours

I'm 30 with 2 kids (2year and 6 year old) working 3rd shift.

Tracking food
I’m starting to eat healthy and be more active. I’m struggling with trying to track what I eat on my fitness pal when my eating isn’t on a normal schedule do to working 3rd shift. Is there any tips to make this easier to track? Also doing the intermediate fasting.
