Beeps!
I have created a phased routine and on one of the displays there is a minimum and maximum heart rate. I presume this has been generated from my weight age and height. When doing the phased routine I hear a beeping and the lower bpm is flashing. Can anyone tell me what this means?
MFP Sync tip
I have found that you dont need to sync with the flow app to update MFP. Just sync as normal on your computer, when done just open the flow app first and let it update then open MFP and it will be updated by Flow just as if you synced with the app.
Polar M400
Picked up the M400 just over a week ago, and I'm loving it!
