I've read a lot in the discourse forums (the official Soylent forum) that people are using Soylent for weight loss as well as monitoring their intake etc. Who has lost weight with Soylent in this group? If so, how much weight? What are your take-aways or pearls of wisdom for using Soylent?
The original taste of my Soylent 1.5 is, well, kinda meh. And so, with that, I add peanut butter powder and a tablespoon of Truvia to make it into a peanut butter smoothie. Whammo.
