Hi.
Welcome to the slow losers group. I started this group, because I am on Nutrisystem, and have lost 35 pounds. I am a super slow loser, it has taken me a year to get this weight off, but I am here to stay and am determined to reach my goal no matter how long it takes.
Anyone is welcome to my group. You don't have to be a Nutrisystem member. I wanted a place where you can vent and get encouragement.
I am looking forward to seeing NS members (since the boards are shutting down) and meeting new people and hearing your stories.

Ideas for Lunch Not on Plan?
I guess I should call it a lunch not on plan. I mean a lunch that I have to do on my own and it's a NS meal. I'm new to NS and to be honest, I can't really figure it out. Slow Losers
Slow loser defines me perfectly. Maybe it's because I have less to lose than some others. Or maybe it's because of the crazy schedule I keep. This week it's because of the prednisone I'm on.... eating too many calories. I am losing.... just at my pace, I guess. I'm looking forward to seeing lots of NS friends here.

Today I have started back with NS. So today I had my breakfast, and now its time for lunch. For breakfast I had the frozen sausage muffin with a bit of laughing cow cheese. For lunch I am having the fettichi noodles and I needed my powerfuel so I cooked an egg over easy, and added it on top. I actually cooked it too long…
