Our two week challenge
hey guys so I'm going to push myself the next 2 weeks - super strict
My aim is to lose 5 kilos - some people have had reservations about the amount but to be honest it's just a number to strive towards and for my body it feels doable - we shall see!

I say this is a 2 week thing but I'm hoping it will change my habits in the long run!
My starting weight 75.5 kilos
