Porphyria - Diet Support
This group is for those of us diagnosed with Porphyria. My goal is for us to be able to share ideas on proper eating and exercise techniques. Most diet plans do not work well for us due to the calorie restriction and that most diets recommend high protein/low cabs. Please share all you know.
