Ayurveda Discussions

I want to start this group for folks who follow Ayurvedic practices or are interested in learning about Ayurveda. I am exploring it as a possible treatment for an illness. This group is open to the public but if you join to be combative or to "explain how Ayurveda is not a legitimate practice" you will be asked to leave. I want this to be a safe supportive and educational group.
