What work-outs does everyone do? We are alternating, one day is a 30 min DVD- Jillian Michaels 6 Week 6 Pack. The next day is an hour at the gym. This is M-F and Saturday we go snowmobiling, Sunday for a walk.
Soooo unfortunately I haven't been doing too great, but here I am.... Weight this morning was 212.1 :sad:

Diets? Clean Eating? Just phasing out junk? We are working at eating clean. I got rid of everything processed, pretty much. I stockd up on brown rice, dry beans, fresh fruits and veggies, almonds, dried fruit (natural), chicken, whole wheat wraps (natural). Also kicking up water intake and Green Tea. What are you girls…
Would you ladies like to weigh in weekly or bi-weekly? How should we hold eachother accountable? I have my account set up to remind me to log my foods if I haven't logged breakfast by 10 AM.
