Vegan Fit

being vegan I have learned a lot about becoming lean and building muscle. I have adjusted my calories and rations countless times and after being on this journey for months I am finally either seeing my results or finally discovered the best ratios of protein carbohydrates and fat for me ( boy was it challenging ) I enjoy working out in fact I love it and I'm very passionate about veganism and an overall holistic way of life ... I'm really interested in meting other health and fitness experts or vegans so we can share our struggles/ success stories :)
